I am very disappointed with this laptop model, so much frustrating problem is unacceptable for a 800 usd brand new product. Upon the touchpad problem, I have another which comes not to frequent, but it is so disturbing: four key "8", "i", "k", "," (in that vertical row) are not working so same as the touchpad, because some resuspending may improve them. Now I checked again on the automatic driver update and said: "no drivers are required to update for your machine" Lenovo system update only refreshed my amd vga driver, amd vga ui drvier and wlan driver for realtek.Įvery others were up-to-date from the windows update. Yes, I updated my Windows 10 (1809, build 17763.379) from the builtin windows update, and with lenovo system update. I shared the today morning system event logs when the issue was there, and the list of drivers: In the devices I didn't see any driver named Synaptics) If I am checking with Lenovo Software Automatic Update, there is nothing to refresh (only wlan driver and amd video card), so every other drivers are up-to-date with Microsoft update. I have checked which devices has rollback option. After some sleep and wakeup cycle (minimum 1 but sometimes more cycle is needed) my pointer is coming If my computer is in sleep for about half hour or more, my touchpad does not show the pointer, only touchpad click is working. Why Lenovo do this version changes, and why not solves downgrading back, if there is something wrong) Yesterday I reinstalled the windows, and automatically updated with windows update.Īnd I managed to downgrade the mentioned bios, because presently Lenovo publishes the older one 8MCN45WW version, than the 8MCN50WW installed in January. I thank you so much for your help, because this issue is so frustrating, and I do not know how to prove to Lenovo that this is software or hardware issue.
